the worlds problems have nothing to do with world leaders it has everything to do with modern societies... if you wanna go to the grocery store and buy food brought in buy nonrenewable means, golf 18 holes on our water wasting course, watch gas wasting nascar races, drive SUVs, drink our starbucks etc we are the source of the dilemmas. the leaders aren't the ones working in these nature killing blue collar jobs. we are because we worship money and place a monetary value on everything!

We are really killing ourselves. The reality is that we are a gear in a complex system called nature. And, we`ve seemed to be a very rebellious one at that. The reality of the situation is that, sure, we can kill our oceans, burn our forests and blow up ourselves, but the thing is, nature has a tendency to grow after that fall. Only difference is that nature won`t have that pesky gear it would call humanity. We are not the drivers, Acting as if we are will only put us on the side of the road.

Yh but the leaders also want this and have more power to do so and as u say if companies will make more money doing something then most of them will do it no matter what the environmental cost. With great power comes great responsibility!

Very empowering talk. It really is up to us, the people, to do something about climate change and environmental degradation. We make the choice to drive our cars, eat fish and meat, buy environmentally harmful electronics, throw away perfectly usable items instead of trying to lower our consumption and conserve our resources. "Be the change you want to see in the world" said Ghandi...
