u can use this
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
sudo apt-get install mencoder
sudo apt-get install mplayer
sudo apt-get install Lamp-server
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg-php
reboot server and thats it ! :D

It tells me that it can't find package libmp3lam-dev. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
