Requirements:
-1 star or more in rank (If you do not meet this, it's ok we will talk it over)
-9000 VR or more (If you do not meet this, it's ok we will talk it over)
-TT (Time Trial) ghosts will be checked and must be close to ours.
-2 GPs will be given as a test. It will be a 1 on 1. I don't know if it will be with or wihout items, we will talk about that.
