First weigh in - 136 lbs (9 st 10) *** Project lose baby weight!!! ***
So this is the start of my journey to finally reach my goal of 8 and a half stone and lose the baby weight. My son is almost 3 so i should of lost it by now, but anyway better late than never i say :)
During my pregnancy i gained a lot of weight - infact i gained something crazy like 3 stone so my weight shot up to 11 st (154 lbs) with a bmi of 26.4 (overweight) and on a frame of 5'4 you can imagine how awful i looked. I slowly lost the weight over the next few years getting myself down to 9 stone (126 lbs) and a bmi 21.6
Before having my son i was 8 stone (112 lbs) a size 6-8 and very toned (might do a video later on showing you guys that) I'm not looking to get back to a size 6, but a solid size 8 would be great. I'm hoping to do this by June which gives me plenty of time.
My plan:
My plan is to eat 1500 cals. 3 meals and 2 snacks and maybe a cheat day once a week so i don't go insane.
As for exercise finding the time is my problem due to having a child, but i plan to MAKE time. I have an exercise bike at home so i'm gonna incoperate some HIIT. 15 mins 3-4 a week and maybe some running and swimming as and when i've got time. Atm i'm just trying to focus more on my diet getting that sorted and making it a habit to eat healthy, so really just apply a healthier lifestyle :)
Anyway, enough of me blabbering. I shall try and update every 2 weeks. Wish me luck guys!!
good luck!! we are very similar! im 136lbs and trying to get down to 120ish after having my son who is 2 and a half! i was nearly 12 stone after having him. good luck with everything, looking forward to your videos :) x
