Time lapse film of my journey by canal taking the boat from its old mooring base near Stockton on GUC northwards, through Birmingham, and up to Norbury on the Shropshire Union Canal. Today is the first full day in which we go as far as Warwick.
The images are shot with a Canon digital camera with a photo every 2.5seconds and compiled into a 15fps film before being imported into Adobe Premiere Elements. The soundtrack is by Chromatic Flights from their Favourite Cat EP freely available on archive.org
*sigh* I cannot think of a more perfect holiday. Better yet to bring a bike and take turns tootling along at a couple of knots in the boat while the other one explores the countryside.
Great way to present it with the timelapse. And it sure frees up the hands and lets you just enjoy without worrying about the camera.
Version 2 - maybe have a camera pointing the other way and show both videos simultaeneously?
