10-car Pittsburg/Bay Point train pulling into North Concord/Martinez Station in Concord, as the Bay Area sun begins to set over the height of the evening rush.
North Concord/Martinez is the second-to-last stop on the Pittsburg/Bay Point line for all eastbound trains, and briefly served as BART's terminus in Eastern Contra Costa County from 1995-1996, until Pittsburg/Bay Point Station's opening in December 1996 allowed for the line's extension. North Concord/Martinez typically sees a smaller flow of foot traffic, compared to other BART stations, and is situated within a mile or two of Highway 4. Highway 4 bridges the gap between Concord and Bay Point.
Pretty!! My cousins live near that station and we always go from N. Concord to AT&T Park ;)
