Whoa, what a surprise.
That mask was a great touch. It's unsettling at first, almost laughable, but if you keep watching... You can tell the girl is not really ugly, she's the singer, and the only "character" here. The "happy lovers and couples" are at a distance.
This makes the song even sadder, pathetic almost, which gives it a very REAL human feeling. The deliberate clumsy moves and expressions reminded me of the tears of a clown.
Great job, Pavel and Katya!
