Author and Hepatitis C survivor Lloyd Wright explains how the FDA is beginning to march down the fascist path of CODEX Alimentarius. In October 2009 the FDA blocked the import of Lloyd's Natcell Products from Canada and forced him to "destroy" 4 of his websites in order to comply with their wishes... so he could get the products into the country. He has been importing these products for about 10 years and they are not being made in the US.

Why is he not certain of what he can say or what he can write? Why is he even wasting time wondering what he can say or write? That's irrelevant... the issue is simply that the FDA is dictating to him anything at all, regarding what he says or writes

I would suspect his lawyers of having been greased. He should be able to take this to be heard in court & it should be easy to argue that the FDA is obviously engaging in activity that is nowhere near within its legal authority

to continue to market the product. That's as far as the FDA is authorized. They are to regulate drugs for the purpose of ensuring public safety. They didn't disallow his product because they can't, since its merely food supplement. After that, regarding publishing books & websites, the FDA can take their illegal activity & eat it

Unless the judge is also a enemy of "we the people", it should be an easy win. The FDA is behaving exceedingly obviously criminal. The Fed gov supposed to be chained
