  • Great job with the video. Thanks for teaching some great poses to relieve low back pain. This is what motivates me to teach others how to reduce low back pain.

  • i have terrible back pain and came here to watch for help but now i have an erection and am in double discomfort :(

  • I have cheer every single Saturday and they make me tumble using my back. (Back Walkovers, Back Bridges, Back Handsprings) and it only makes it worse. I tried explaining but they don't understand because they're dumb. Now what should I do because this pain has been here for months now.

  • Knowing there are steps you can take to improve your posture, muscle strength and general fitness can lessen the symptoms and possibly prevent Lumbago.

  • Another wonderful exercises to help strengthen my lower back, many thanks.

  • I have the same Warrior Mat, re-starting this week. But i'm going give this Hot Flow Yoga a try as I can't find an Ashtanga Practice near me that trains regular. Nice Video..
