  • no native americans were the first to use camo

  • I've seen that exhibit just a few months ago. It's very interesting to see how much camouflage in the battlefield has improved in the last 100 years.

  • They may have been the first to be given official camouflage uniforms but obviously others would have done something similiar to it before.

  • the german ss were the first to use camo, and their comrades made fun of them calling them tree frogs, saying a true soldier use's field grey!

  • the NVA or viet cong would not fall for that, and would know its the americans, the sandal tread is more realistic. but they need the tire tread which is what the vietnamese used for sandals.

  • Very cool, I need to visit this place.

  • I cant imagin what that would have been like hiding with that tree, and instead of sandal treds they should have just made big-foot feet, that way the north vietnemese and the viet- kong would have been terified elaborate, but effective
