@PhiladelphiaMonster i have been using ud2 on and off for the past 7 months or so i just realized this is bipolar workout and diet. phenominal result and very fast but dam am i up and down during the week. and those depletion workouts will never be easy. what keeps me going are the results. im never more than 6 weeks away from being shredded. I would say do the diet and workout just as the book says and dont deviate. work on time under tension for the depletions for better results.

its nt a good idea to do squats while depletion training just do leg presses and legcurls ur depleting glycogen there is no need to get manly same yourself for tension and power workout:D

Yeah, I assure you I would have done that if it was an option. I don't have access to that sort of thing. Training at home means I have to make do with squats. Still, it's all good character building stuff. :o)
