Yeah, James manages to bring out the best in his costars. James use to talk about how his costars inspire him, but of course he has an effect on the people he plays opposite - he's not aware of how amazing he is, simple as that.

I apologize...that statement is a result of my frustration at the Academy (due to his 2 snubs) and was no to diminish her performance or her talent in any way.
