  • The background vocals of this belong to the Rayber Voices. The Supremes didn't join until 1961. Raynoma Liles Gordy (Berry's second wife) is the woman that is probably the one that "sounds like Florence".

  • I like it, always have, it's okey and I haven't heard it since back when. Hearing it again today serves as a reminder all those song that I like that I can't do without. There is just so much better stuff to play that I don't care to hear all the rock& roll songs that I justt like, believe me. Back in the day uity was just doowop & Skip & Flip, so I had time for Marv, LaVerne & Clyde. THX

  • I'm writing an essay about the history of Motown for my pophistory class. This is the first song that was released on the Tamla label that later became the Motown label. So this is an important song! So cool to be able to listen to it here.
