This is a Public Plea to the person who may be holding back that Key piece of information to solve Morgan's murder.

We are confident a person out there wants to Do the Right Thing and provide the key piece of information, but the RISKS outweighs the conscience. Did YOU see Morgan on the bridge that night and offer her a ride, trying to help her? Just Imagine the Peace that you would feel if you were able to relieve your burden and clear your conscience by... Doing the Right Thing.
