How To Win At FIFA 08 - The Alternative Rainbow Flick

One of the trickiest and most elusive skill moves in FIFA 08 is the 'alternative Rainbow Flick'

Either variation of this skill move is devastating for beating players and goalkeepers and it is well worth spending the time to perfect it.

Let me break it down for you - either variation of the rainbow flick' requires you to hold L2/LT and move the right directional in the opposite direction your player is facing and then twice in the direction your player is facing. So, let's assume your player is always facing 12 'o' clock - you move the right stick to 6 'o' clock, then 12 'o' clock, then 12 'o' clock again allowing the right stick to return to the centre for the briefest of moments in between each move.
The timing is the key and it needs to be performed over about 1/2 a second.

The 'alternative rainbow flick' is the same sequence EXCEPT that you go straight from 6 'o' clock to 12 'o' clock and hold it in the 12 'o' clock position for a moment. Let the stick return to the centre momentarily and quickly nudge it to 12 'o' clock again. The result should be the same as the video.
