Latest training video encompassing my current training whilst recovering from various crippling injuries. This is just the beginning. This video is laid out fists first, then kicks, then buffing, then weapons, well chux.... Sound track is "One Word" from the Mahavishnu Orchestra album "Birds Of Fire" different yes, but that's what we want don't we? ;-) Again it's just slapped together training footage hah....

i just happen to stumble across this video while looking for some Mahavishnu Orchestra stuff. it's cool i guess. are you just suppose to be showing off or something? just showing us what you are capable of?
i'd rather see the band. but you're cool i guess.

Ahahah many thanks. The camera work was a hassle, since I had to do it myself. I had to make sure to strategically place it for each shot and edit it as smart as I could to make it work reasonably well since it's one cheap-ass camera and no camera man, just placed and left there while I film the shots.
