Thank you for your compliment. I've been juggling for 14 years. In the head never came. But the weight is usually 8 kg, with a displaced center of gravity.

Your technique is magnificent I lost track of this video and didn't find it until I view Mr. Gingko's. I have shared with friends because I like to impress on women I know that heaven is benevolent and made women not only strong but graceful in the finest demonstration of strength. I have yet to try some of those with even iron yet and use a medicine ball to get the foot positions proper. Magnificent! More!

how is it a 8 kg kettlebell and it is so balanced? the usual kettlebell handle is quite heave and it is not so is to backflip it.

Not all kettlebells are bult the same! Hollow KB's can be loaded in many ways to optimise the balance.
