Cambodia: CPP-YUON LOST ELECTION AND COUP [EN,KH&FR]

Cambodia has been in turmoil for more than six centuries that are caused by Murderous Siamese and Yuonese Communist, Colonialist and Imperialist leaders. As we see clearly the unrest/turmoil has been taking place from 1970 until now. The coup d'etat in 1970, Lon Nol's dictatorial regime was toppled. On 17th April 1975, the Vietnamese soldiers were secretly disguised as Khmer Rouge Soldiers took over Phnom Penh by force. American Imperialists and her Allied ran away losing their underpants in Cambodia and Kampuchea Krom/Vietnam. On 7th January 1979, the Hanoi Leaders sent their invasion troops to topple their comrade in arms Khmer Rouge and Pol Potists. In late 1991, after the signing Paris Peace Agreement was to bring Aides and so far many millions of illegal Vietnamese migrants and prostitutes into Cambodia. After the Fair and free elections of 1993 were monitored and supervised by UNTAC, Hun Sen knew that the UNTAC troops were going home. He wanted to share the powers with the Prince Ranariddh so he ordered his Tiger Soldiers and secret police to use the tanks against the results of elections, which were fairly and freely monitored and supervised by UNTAC. A grenade attack killed at least a dozen people in downtown of Phnom Penh before the bloodshed coup. On 5-6 July 1997 of the brutal coup d'etat, was created by Hun Sen and his Tiger Soldiers to topple Prince Ranariddh and Funcinpec Party. There was much uncountable causality, and houses burned to ash. September 1998, there were hundreds of thousands of Cambodian peaceful and freedom-lover demonstrators were brutally crashed by Hun Sen's Tiger Soldiers and Hok Lundi's. Many of who were disappeared without a trace.

These tyrant couple Vietnamese/Cambodian,Vuth/Siv had assassinated more than thousand people including Funcipec and Son Sann officers. They had more power than any ministers. They can arrest any minister, including Prime Minister, on order of Hanoi.

When they get in restaurant somewhere, ministers and generals should cede their places to theses two tyrants as they please. When Siv entered in a bar dancing, people inside the bar trembled and avoided eye contact with him. He abused waitresses in public. Sometimes, he came in the bar to arrest someone and slaughtered the arrested man not far away from Pochentong airport. A colonel Funcinpec arrived first at a very well known restaurant and ordered a famous special soup (special Samlor Ma Chou). Vuth, the Vietnamese tank commander, hungry after a long journey, arrived at the restaurant after the colonel. But the Vietnamese commander, attracted by the smell, wanted that soup at once. The restaurant owner obliged to comply Vuth desire. Funcinpec colonel protested to the restaurant owner. One week later, the Funcinpec colonel disappeared silently, it was 1998."This proved again and again that Vietnam held Cambodia as her vassalage."

The Vietnamese tank commander, Vuth, played an important role in Hun Sen coup of July 5-6, 1997. It was he who destroyed Funcinpec general Serey Kosal and Nhek Bun Chhay troops during their escape to Thai border. Nhek Bun Chhay fled to Thai border with 800 soldiers. Only three dozens survived and arrived to Thailand.Vietnamese leaders were very smart in the betrayal strategy. They sent their agents to tell what Funcinpec and Son Sann party leaders would like to hear. They exploited the Funcinpec/Son Sann antipathy to the Vietnamese. They spread smear against the good and competent Cambodian nationalist leaders by accusing them as infiltrated Vietnamese agents. They also used the same tactic to eliminate the good Khmer Rouge cadres and the good Khmer leaders during Lon Nol and Sangkum Reastre Niyum era.

Ranariddh's and Son Sann's generals were so naïve, they will fall into the Vietnamese game strategy. They were betrayed, then, deadly ambushed by Vietnamese troops commanded by Vuth. The Vietnamese general knew in advance Funcinpec and Son Sann escape route.

Now, Ranariddh and Son Sann parties had generals, but no troop and no arms. So, they had no teeth, even to defend themselves.

Hun Sen played fully all azimuths his strategy of National Union, National Army, National Police, the policy that is recommended by the international community. Hun Sen disarmed all factions but his own. The only one, who is armed from toes to head, is the Cambodian People Party (Cambodian Communist Party). The only party, who had its own armed forces and his own police, is the communist party. National Army, National Police served just one purpose, legalize Communist Army and Communist Police to destroy opponent forces.
