Propaganda.  The reason the global warming myth is perpetuated is because it provides a lot of people with a lot of work. Failed politicians, such as Al Gore and John Prescott, jump on the climate change bandwagon because it keeps their mediocre political careers rolling on. They go to climate change summits, which are always held in the world's most exotic locations, and stay in five-star hotels. Global warming is the biggest phony threat since the fear of witches during the 17th Century

What a lot of tosh.

The inconvenient truth' is the actual weather temperatures being recorded this decade. You are now a salaried politician with a pet theory which is being rejected year by year. Just record the weather.

I have just looked at the 2010 temp figures for the UK - It has been bitter. The coldest year for more than a decade. Whoops the trend continues down.

Another thing when there are big melts in the arctic in hot years they are followed by big freezes. Polar Bear no.s?

Robert Napier the chairman of the Met Office was, in his previous appointment, Chief Executive of WWF-UK. Under his leadership, the WWF was transformed into an organisation whose primary focus was campaigning on climate change.

It is clear that his success in directing the generation of such propaganda resulted in his being put in charge of the Met Office, to transform it from a mundane weather forecast service into a World Class propaganda generating organisation serving the AGW Religion.

Not doubt Vicky Pope sincerely believes the rubbish she is talking - but it is rubbish all the same.

Anyone who has had to make computer models for use in engineering situations knows that they require rigorous validation against known test cases before their results can be relied on.

Complicated computer models produce predictions entirely depending on how their programmers have tweaked them. Their results are just someone's hunch, put into scientific sounding terms.

Looks like they're not going to give it up even though it has been undeniably exposed as a gigantic fraud...very worrying times indeed.

The Met Office can't even predict the weather next month with any degree of accuracy, what makes them think they can predict over a longer period? They and their colleagues at Hadley CRU can take their junk science and pimp it elsewhere.

When you read some of those files including 1079 emails and 72 documents you realise just why the boffins at Hadley CRU might have preferred to keep them confidential.
