One more thing. I'm a 27 y/o man, and I think Streep is HOTTER than most 20 something y/o women I know. I'm so happy she hasn't fallen into the whole plastic surgery culture. She can smile (and what a BEAUTIFUL smile she has) and she looks radiant. She's smart, witty, funny and talented. She's everything I'm looking for in a woman.

Streep is indeed a once in a generation phenomenon. Oscar or not, at the end of the day it's all about the body of work. There are so many great actors and directors who have never won an Oscar, yet their names appear in the history books under the headline, "one of the greatest...". Streep is already in that list. I doubt Bullock will ever make it in.

As for Bullock being an amazing actress- I can't endorse that statement! Look, I guess it all comes down to personal taste, and Bullock isn't mine. I can't think of one major role or brilliant performance of hers that blew me away. She was good in "Crash", likeable and charismatic in "TBS" and showed a great comedic timing in "The Proposal". That's the best I can say about Bullock the actress.

@tal01 and btw... an award does not make an actor great or bad... an award is a confirmation...! Meryl is the greates living actress... but Sandra is also an amazing actress...!!!!!

The thing is that both of them are so loved all over the world and that is what is really matters at the end... to be loved by people for ur work and for the person u are...

I love BOTH Sandra and Meryl. Why do people have to play them against each other becasue they're nominees from the same award? It's ridiculous! They're both great people!

As for the guys you know,There will come a day when they'll be looking 4 much more than just a woman with big breasts who is capable of spreading her legs wide! :)
