I'm amazed your puffers actually bred! GSP's really have no discernable differences between male & female, and are not known to breed in captivity. It *rarely* happens!
The GSP's you find in shops are all wild caught.

i would have fed tem brine shrimp eggs or hatch sea monkeys and feed them either the sea monkey or the sea monkey food. But idk if it would work. i cant tell the difference between male and female GSP's so i would probably never be able to test my theory out.

I guess its a secret because he never answered the questions after two months. I bet the fish died because he wasnt feeding thim anything.

Long time since I posted this. We didn't expect this as we weren't trying to bread them. We did feed them live baby brine shrimp. We also had to get another tank quickly set up to get the parents??? moved to another tank. We didn't have a nursery set up. We tried target feeding. The feeding seemed to be going well. It seemed that the "fry" showed increase activity when we would put live baby brine in the tank. This went on about 10 days and the numbers kept decreasing.
