  • Interesting technique, does it have a name so I can look it up for more info as I wonder if it will work on anger.

    Hope the acne doesn't last too long and look at this way: your face has less skin than your back.

  • I'm sorry I don't know what the technique is called.

  • it is a form of meditation called sensate ficus often used in sex therapy for nonrogasmic women and premature ejaculation in men. What you are doing is focusing on something ever more intensely and gradualy shutting everything else out. What is interesting is even though you are focusing on the visual stmulation, you also become keenly aware of other senses. You might feel a slight draft brush your elbow, the ever so soft heat off a near by lamp, the ticking of your watch...

  • SARAH!!!!!! you look georgeous!!! i love your make up, i think its perfect, if you go out at night tho a tip to make it a bit more dramatic is to put the eyeliner on the waterline of your lower lid, so behind the lashes if that makes sence!!! i carnt believe how pretty you look you have come such a long way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
