Pinterest is largely a great way to reshare pictures from around the web, but definitely is tightly tied to Facebook. Twitter needs a "hyper easy" way of resharing tweets and Storify is it. Here's their new "drag and drop resharing" app on iPad. I've been using it and it's really great.

    The guy still has a point about Laptops not yet being able to be replaced fully by the iPad and such tablets.There are other restrictions that detachable keyboards still can't fix as yet.
