  • In mechanics, it could be something to use for a dnd 3d game set in Middle-Earth in the first age/seconed age :)

  • Alright , Thank you !

  • @127Kathleen No prob. There is an Essential Collection that does contain all three books. Comes in a yellow cover but the books inside are the hardcover version with the better graphics. The blue-ish version are paperbacks and not so good IMHO, art-wise.

I checked my order history and it cost me 45$. Did a quick check and you can find it on amazon for 11$ and 25$ now. Beware of the state of the books, the descriptions aren't clear whereas mine was pretty much perfect.

  • @LSP55 Ok, Thank you so much for all your answers & explaining ! But , I do have one final question ... Are all 3 (Path of Legend, Age of Legend & crucible of legend) worth a total of $50 ? or are there different prices for all ?

  • @127Kathleen Not expensive but rare now. I picked mine up for 50$, I think. There is no videogame, it's just a campaign setting, you can use it with Pathfinder for rules.

  • I have a few questions ..

    1) How much are these books worth ?

    2) Do I need to buy a video game to go with the books ?

    3) If I need a game to go along, would I use the book as a guide ?

  • Step 1.- Make a game session of Dawnforge with the Pathfinder rules

Step 2.- Your PCs and certain NPCs become the heroes/gods of legends

Step 3.- Create a game setting based on what happened on the previous session

    Step 4.- Profit

  • Kinda wish I had heard about his earlier, I'm homebrewing a similiar setting with the players as the first True Heroes. Oh well, I prefer the Savage Worlds system anyway.

  • @127Kathleen its a differnt kinda campain seting

  • I have ths book. Idon't get it, is it a online game ?
