everyones body is different.
when you have shorter arms you need to find a power source, for some it might be hip rotation, for some it might be more of a lateral move of the hips and for others it may be an upper body rotation.
this dude clearly uses hip rotation and quite well but that doesnt mean its the only way.
people will have their own natural inclination to produce speed, i generate speed with my arms because they longer. and remember some just swing faster than others.

@8fx4 Hi, I am a sheriff for the grammar and spelling police. The term you are trying to use here is "per se" not "per say." It is a latin term that means "of itself" so it is not applicable here.
The answer to your golf question is yes. The less speed you need the less forcefully you need to do it. Although you can notice McIlroy does it pretty close to this even on wedges.

@atgunponi06 you are correct!

@8fx4 Also your body comes back with your swing and moves forward with your swing.. DONT move your hips, just shift your weight to start your down swing, this will auto move your hips... its all in the weight transfer. make sure you never straighten your back leg or its over and at impact your weight should already be transferred forward and your back foot should already be 1/2 the way up.
This is the issue I just went through... I just changed my entire swing... Work in progress lol

@8fx4 yes even with your irons your hips rotate through... You want your weight to be forward and hips turned at impact... your swing ends at impact so to get the most power and accuracy your wight should be transferred through (NO SWEING) - the rest after impct is just natural but the swing is already over

@TheGolfdu they accomplish a draw by a littl emore wrist rotation in the grip not hip turn.. thats how you pull the ball or hook it... hip turn stays the same but the wrist rotates a little more than normal for a draw... a cut you line up at the target then open your shoulders a little then swing at the target with same rotation as a slight draw

thats perfect movement... thats a power hip turn not too early... He is releasing all his power at impact and no power leaks thats a 300 yard drive on a fly min.
His back swing is perfectly on plane all the way thorough the swing notice how he doe snot over swing in the backswing - even if he came back about 6 inches in his swing he would not gain more distance but he would lose accuracy.

Too much rotation... less than 45 degrees open hips at impact is the average for PGA Tour drawers, and they accomplish the draw by sliding their hips instead of rotating
awesome you gotta clear the hips so you finish your swing , this guy is good
