Thats such a neat song. I have it on a Columbia Disc circa 1926.

I am not familiar with Mr. Kiselik at all, but I can tell he was a fine piano player! Some great chord voicings and reharmonizations in this! Very rich sounding piano playing! Nice key change and out-chorus as well!

on the Victor, Nat Shilkret recorded "Half a Moon" and Waring's Pennsylvanians did "The Little White House at the End of Honeymoon Lane."
Roger Wolfe Kahn also did the latter.

You know this does sound like Pauline Alpert's playing. In any event, nicely done and thanks for uploading for our enjoyment. Congratulations on this Nice sounding piano. What is the make?

Interesting, he goes into an interlude of "little white house" in this! I have this roll on Atlas, I should post it :) It's one of their 100 serial numbers, seems to be an arrangement, but I'm not sure.
I agree from what autopiano said, Kiselik is definitely real, but wish I new more about him too! If only I could play like this :(

Very nice sounding piano and roll too ! Have you got any Frank Milne Foxtrot Roll's you could upload ? I think I've only been able to find one on here.

All I can tell you about Henry Kiselik is that he was born in 1906 in NJ, the son of a Polish hatter and his Austrian wife. Therefore he was only about 21 when he made this roll - I'm jealous of his talent.

i love this song 1927 must have been a great year , born too late thanks so much !!!!!!
I'm not sure Mr. Kiselik exists .. roll companies had artists go under pseudonyms to make it look like they had a big stable of artists. This tune has all the earmarks of being played by Pauline Alpert.
