While in Ketchikan Alaska my wife and I booked a tour on the crab boat Aleutian Ballad, one of the boats featured in the early seasons of the TV show "Deadliest Catch". The ship is now doing tourist duty during cruise ship season (May - Sep). It was a lot of fun and features some surprise crew members from the TV show which makes it even better if you watch and are a fan of the show! For those who have never seen the Aleutian Ballad on the show search for "Aleutian Ballad Rogue Wave" and you will see THIS BOAT get knocked on its side by a 60' wave! Also included in this video is our cruise ship passing the Cornelia Marie! (in for dry dock repairs)

  • Adam, thats very cool....what I really want to know is how those King crab legs tasted? I'd go up there just to eat 'em. I've been a fan of that show for years. You look pretty good for an old man too! Cuz Tim from Chitown.

  • Looks like a great time. The video put a smile on my face.

  • That would have been a blast Adam!! Amazing colors on the crabs (the red ones) and occy. Only time I see crabs that color is straight from the cooking pot. Awesome video Adam, enjoyed it :)
