@jepe1957 Did you know Croc is working at Classic Ink & Mods in Amsterdam, december 2011? Maybe stop by for a look?
-
Respect!
-
just wondering but how does he make the ink??
-
At first, When you are not Maori you do not take Ta-moko, you take kirituhi, it is the same but with no symbolic and religious meanings.
Ans second, is there anyone here in Holland who can teach me how to tatoo traditional????
-
Just because someone is white doesn't mean they cant appreciate the culture and what the tatau will stand for, I get the why you would wonder about the white guy giving it haha thats dumb but the guy getting it probably respects the culture.
-
Exactly! Why is a white man getting a Samoan Tattoo? He isnt part of any tribe... the tat will mean nothing.

Whent there myself in 2007
croc rules

i want to tattoo myself..where i can find samoan flash?
If you know NZ and its people you will see that we are Multicultural- just because the color of one's skin may not match your definition of a certain race does not mean one is not of that race and does not carry on those traditions...

@okkietightpantsmuffi The 'white guy' that's giving the tatau is Croc, an apprentice of Inia Taylor. Please keep in mind that Inia's teacher was Sua Suluape Paulo himself. In other words, Croc is not just someone trying to look fancy with traditional tools.
