i have gained 43lbs and it was so heart braking to see that, i been dreading the doctor for that reason, but when i finally saw her she gave me support, and that is one of the keys to say on track, i am now back on track and making videos again, this is the best support group ever, hope to see more of you soon, take care =)

really good to see you again..I have to get my butt in gear and make a video..I dumped on a mojito the kind that is premade..it was like drinking pure sugar only drank half but it made me sick for half an hour...I am down to 151 from 270..the wrinkles really came out on the last 20 so I don't think I would mind gaining back a little..your so right about the even field for dieting..as soon as I eat right it comes off...good to see you again-best wishes Rose

Great video. I feel the same way you do as far as wondering if my pouch has gotten too big. I am afraid if it gets too big, I won't have the 'tool' to keep me from getting fat again.
