I got 4g ram and it only records 5 frames per second... It is because it is not registered

Comparing with nowadays PC's is pointless...Everything needs to replaced...

and btw can you send me a link where a can dl CS that actually works? I've tried many but i get 1.0 only(I'm not sure what it is)
