  • I work out with regular free weights...so, I was just starting to do chins every second day. I was just wondering; how much is too much? Should I be doing chins every day?

  • @guitarguy316 Whatever your body can handle. If you can handle doing pull ups or chins for 3 straight days then do it. Take a day break. If your body feels good do some more if not rest.

  • i dont care what the haters say.. this takes much hard work and effort. anyone that says otherwise obviously has no clue, theyre just here to argue. notice that most haters wont ever post of a video of them doing what they claim. its funny how many trolls have a 500 pound benchpress, run the mile under5 and drive a brand new porsche lol.

  • @BarStarzz. this is awesome! do u gain weight though? cause i soon as i start doing a ton of chins and dips y lose weight... it's like my body says: fuck this, i'm gonna lose weight and it'll be easier. :)

  • @mecaganopoderentrar That all depends on your diet. You can do these exercises and gain weight if you adjusted your diet accordingly.

  • @martis1008 k that makes a little more sense very few people can do like 1 or 2 i think i can do like 20 but i dont really work with pull ups that much but push i can do like 20 handstand but keep up the work on pull ups

  • @martis1008 really only 2-3 wow thats bad escpecially if you lifted weights
