Welcome to simple fitness for an active lifestyle, which like all exercises is important to burn calories, build muscle mass and, off course, stay flexible.

Before you begin your workout it is important that you stretch properly to avoid injury.

We've got 7 of simple stretches which will help you warm-up and keep you limbering ready for your workout.

Stretching is easy do do anywhere, so if you are at home or you are in the jim, or even if you are on the road you will be able to find suitable area to stretch-out.

Remember: Always stay hydrated, before during and even after your workouts. It is so important because you are gonna feel so good, you will have a lot of energy and you will feel even better next day when you do the routine again.

  • Thank you for uploading this helpful video!! I'm learning PE class in my school and what you are showing is just like what I'm learning in my class, so it was very easy to understand and follow. I think I will be more flexable if I do this stretching routine often!
