  • This problem is wide spread. Many people in Muskogee Oklahoma are asking if the local Judges are taking kickbacks from Bail Bondsmen. Muskogee County has one of the highest Bail Bonds assignments in U.S. history.

  • @InjusticeTVChannel Corruption on the part of judges is, in my opinion, the most troubling. If judges can't be trusted the whole justice system fails. Any judge convicted of corruption should get the max.

  • @FantasticBabblings In regards to your video, Corrupt Judges Abuse Children for Money & Get Off Easy . My question is... why children and how are they treated in juvenile detention ?

  • @sciencevsreligion01 Children because the privately owned youth detention centers were the ones paying them off. Also children are more vulnerable in PA because they can easily waive right to counsel. Some states require that juveniles have counsel when appearing before judges. About half of PA juvenile defendants waive representation. The motive appears to be simple greed and opportunity.

As for treatment I haven't read anything, but even if treated well, wrongful detention can be traumatic.

  • WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PPL WHO WERE IN FRONT OF CIAVERALLA B4 2003?

you cannot honestly tell me he said to himself, oh its 2003 time to start making money off kids.. i mean it took planning to comit these hainous atrocities. what about us?

  • @dmellow45 They should re-open all of his cases and examine them. Corruption doesn't start all of a sudden.

  • @Imsmartyourdumb Haha! Are you trolling every one of these videos?

So now the kids deserve to go to prison? Ok, well one of the kids went to prison for mocking an assistant principle over the internet. Is that justice? Yes? Well you just called an entire group of people "turds" over the net, how many years should you get? 1? 3? What sounds fair?

    Obvious bitter hypocrite is obvious.

    P.S. GET OFF MEH LAWN!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah these guys were awful I first saw this on Michael Moores film Capatalism a love story. These guys just wanted to get kids busted for anything possible and throw their right out the windows. They also wanted to keep them in there for at least a year it was using kids for profit simple as that the cases were also terrible minor nothing like smoking a cigarette etc..

  • what your missing is the point that these kids were criminals. Sure the judges shouldn't have gotten kickbacks but I commend them on finally giving these littel turds some time!

  • @dmellow45 All the more reason this man needs sentencing and life in prison. I would give him that on pre-meditation alone. There already one suicide BTW by an a teenage boy all star wrestler who just happen to be caught up in moment of teenage indescretion. I felt horrible seeing his mother all angry and bitter when she confronted the judge outside of the courthouse. Hopefully this judge will receive such a harsh sentence that she can find a little solace in life.

  • YES, LIFE IN PRISON, NO POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE. BUT, WANT TO BET, MINIMUM SENTENCE AS THEY ARE PROBABLY SEEN AS RIGHT WING CONSERVATIVES, DOING “THE LORD’S WORK.”

  • @FantasticBabblings It also sounds like there could be other motives involved.

  • The biggest player in the for-profit detention racket is Vanguard. The biggest shareholder in Vanguard is Dick Cheney. Anyone here surprised by this fact? I'm not.

  • I believe this story was covered in Michael Moore's documentary Capitalism: A Love Story. I'm of course skeptical of some things Moore does, but he (and other documentarians) does discuss some important topics that the mainstream media utterly fails to cover. It's a pity that the quality of the newsmedia in the US is so abysmal thanks to the Telecommunications Act.

  • I could not have said it better myself. Thank you.
