Video Download Helper

I introduce the Firefox plugin Video Downloadhelper 4.5 which will allow you to download flash video files (FLV) from a large range of sites. For additional options please go to tools on the top firefox window and choose 'Downloadhelper'

do u have a registration key for this? coz it can't convert the music video directly to MP3 files.

You can use the program WinFF to extract the audio from the video as an mp3 file. Its in the add/remove section under applications.
