Here are the ingredients for Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie):
2 bags of frozen spinach
cloves of garlic
half an onion
3 stalks green onions
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
3 eggs
butter
phyllo dough
salt and pepper

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 min.

I hate editing video so much I wonder how I even managed to put this together.

  • I have to learn to make these because I can't afford to eat out all the time. lol The trick to phyllo is working very quickly and keeping it covered in between foldings, right? I am making these for the first time tomorrow. :) Thanks for the video, it really helped me visualize it! lol
