I have to learn to make these because I can't afford to eat out all the time. lol The trick to phyllo is working very quickly and keeping it covered in between foldings, right? I am making these for the first time tomorrow. :) Thanks for the video, it really helped me visualize it! lol

you guys are brave to make this dish! i always order this at our greek restaurant and i do have my version of this recipe. i even bought the phyllo dough years ago but haven't gotten the nerve to make it. my hats off to you guys!
