not everything is based on slow controlled reps. sure its good to do once in a while but in the real world. everything is time. and gettin reps in is what counts. safely though.

popeye's supposed to be strong, not impressed. and i agree with blackbelt42boxer, kipping does make it easier but overall, you will get stronger. since kipping makes it easier, just do more reps to compensate.

@blackbelt42boxer Alright alright, it's been a while since I've looked at this and let's just settle on there's a time for slow muscle ups and there's a time for kipping muscle ups. I just think that kipping muscle ups should only be done on a bar while slow muscle ups are a ring thing.

In fact, looks like you had three arguments going at once with three different people on three different topics. So whatever dog, keep doing what your doing, it's obviously working if people think you're 15 and are critical of your achievements.



wow ur fucken retarted, everyone who knows fitness knows what a kip is, what it does is make it a whole body exercise, u use each muscle in a certain way although it makes it easier it makes u stronger overall and imprives the thing that is the key to all power HIP EXTENSION
