He actually did mean "goggle", you put on thick, protective eye wear and then read the info through those lenses. The distortion helps you believe any crazy thing you want.

I'm unfamiliar with this "goggle" you speak of. Unless you mean the protective eye coverings that some people wear. But on a serious note, chill out. Just because I don't buy into your conspiracy theory that doesn't mean I'm on the opposite side of you. I'm a liberal and I'm intelligent.
