@Cherdenkov I agree Euro's dont suck at ice hockey, but the number 1 and 2 best players are undoubtedly canadian (Gretz and Lem) you could argue Messier and Howe being after them, and Yzerman, FRancis, Dionne, Sakic, Esposito, Gilmour.
and as for defence, you forget Coffey, Orr, Macinnis, Howsley, Murphy, Potvin, Leetch, scott stevens.
Euro has Lidstron, Salming, and then less elite Zubov, Gonchar etc. and Jagr, Kuri, Sundin.
its not even close really, however Euro improving.

I dont understand all the Don cherry fans? Euros suck at ice hockey? mind if I say: LOL. Best players of all time are all Europeans, apart from Gretzky and Lemieux ofc. Roy and Belfour are both great goalies, best goalie of all time: Tretyak, best defenseman: Lidström, Best RW: Jagr, Best center: Gretzky, could've been forsberg if not for all injuries) so fu don cherry..
