Able Non Muslims in Islamic state can avoid being drafted to war by paying nominal jizya, Muslims do not have the option of avoiding the draft. Muslims who can afford have to pay zakat (2 1/2 percent annually), Non Muslims are exempt. All Muslim countries allow churches, synagogues including Iran, center of Islam Mecca, and place of birth of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are exceptions. Practically no Muslim live in Mecca & Madina. Islam allows churches in Muslim lands

Non Muslims don't have to pay zakat in Islamic state, they pay jizya instead, Muslims are only required to pay zakat. Also, non muslim in Islamic state is eligible to receive help from the zakat fund, though they are ot required to pay zakat.
what more justice can we ask for.
In return for paying jizya they are not required to fight along with Muslims.
It is justice, because it is possible non musliims may not like to be drafted in war with people of their own religion, as an example.

@eaglesbow How shallow is your comment. So who do you think is Allah when we Muslims beleive in Him being the creator of the heavens and the earth? If you can not accept the fact that your God,i.e the Father, and our God, i.e Allah is One God then, you are either out of your mind or simply full of hate and no room for accepting some new bits of knowledge!!!
