The only time you ever hear about stuff like this (or worse) that cops do is when they're caught on tape. These people are supposed to be moral and uphold the law. By that standard, you'd think that thuggery like this would be brought to light from the "good cops" within. Wrong. They all scratch each other's backs, like the ultimate baseball clubhouse. Only when they're "caught" do any of them face public scrutiny.
