my pcl completly torn i was in bed for about 2 months then i started the rehab, the doctor decided not to make me a surgery after 2 moths of rahab, he told me to go back and play sports and to have a normal life and it is not the same because i'm afraid of breaking my knee so instead of playing contact sports, i practice the track and field and also i do work out, trying to be a bodybuilder but i don't know my knee looks ok everyday so i think the key is to keep exercing to keep the knee strong

nice. i had pcl reconstruction surgery three and a half weeks ago. i tore it mountain biking. the therapist says i am ahead of schedule on my recovery. i am walking more normally now and wear a brace just to be safe. i definitely remember the gnarly sag before i had the surgery.

The back of my knee or it seems more like the center or in the middle of my knee is sore when I move it a certain way but I don't get that forward motion like the video...if anyone know what it is let me know.

So that's how you self test!

man, mine wasn't that bad. i got a rupture pcl and a tear lcl. still waiting for surgery. mean while it pt twice a week
Yep I have been on physio recently but somehow my muscles are still 'degenerating' - they are shrinking. The body seems to have compensated somehow coz after my physiotherapist did a strength test I found out my left calf is stronger than the right and the right quad stronger than left. They look clearly disproportionate but oh well..
