you are really good strong tricep, atm im just starting dips but cant add extra weight..... did you start doing dips with extra weight or just bodyweight?

@Nabolzi Started with bodyweight. Then when I could reach 10 reps I added 5lbs, then when I got 10 with that, 5lb more
