【胡瓜煎餅】
材料 / 胡瓜 1顆、蔥 2支、中筋麵粉 適量、雞蛋 1顆、白芝麻 適量
調味料 / 白胡椒鹽 少許
做法:
1、胡瓜削皮去籽刨絲,加入鹽殺青,醃5-10分鐘,將水份瀝乾備用。
2、加入蛋、蔥花、白胡椒鹽、中筋麵粉拌勻成麵糰狀。
3、起油鍋將胡瓜麵糊攤平,煎至兩面金黃即可。
