@TvAdiCTeDd That's how I have always done it, and that's how they are doing it at the restaurant I worked it. The way she's doing it may make the rice too moist, or even soggy

probably you over cooked the rice
-
I watched guy fieri take watching other people cook to a whole new level
-
My fired rice always comes out mushy, even when i used day old cooked rice.
-
just ate sum pork fried rice from there and it was great
-
I just got done eating Chino Bandido...their Pork Fried Rice is good, but their Jerk (chicken) Fried Rice...now THAT is awesome!
-
what pork did she put in please? I did not like the finger on the food, NASTY!
-
Can't somebody stop this greasy creep from always sticking his fingers in the food? It's so damn gross and RUDE!

@xXMoonWingzXx I agree. I tried Oyster sauce and boy does it make a difference in taste and texture. Plus, I never use Japanese Soy Sauce. It's always been Chinese Light Soy Sauce since that's all I had in the kitchen anyways.
It is literally as the name suggests... fried. You can do that any which way you want, with or without oil or eggs. :)
I like eggs in mine, though. It's kinda weird without it.
