Song of Reconciliation as sung by Susan Ashton, Margaret Becker, and Christine Dente on the album Along the Road (sunset photos near St Petersburg, FL- which photo do you like the best?)

Where there is love there is a peace
And in the cages that bind the bitter heart it is release
Hold it close to your chest, let it move and let it rest
For it is here to set your mind at ease
Where there is love there is a peace

Where there is hope there is a dream
To rise above, to remit and to redeem
To go back, to go where there's no hurt or anger there
To find the song that you once could sing
Where there is hope there is a dream

Where there is faith there is a chance
To alter the course and fight the winds of circumstance
Not to scar, but mend, not to break, but to bend
And not to know but to understand
Where there is faith there is a chance
Where there is hope there is a dream
Where there is love there is a peace

  • @dragonflySummer09 Cool - wish I could have seen this one live. Really wasn't making concerts at the time. Thanks for the comment.

  • @28adrianpeterson Yes, this is off the album titled "Along the Road" featuring Susan Ashton, Mararet Becker, and Christine Dente. You can still purchase the CD as well as MP3s on-line at a large on-line store named after a Jungle and a River in South America : )

  • I cannot begin to count the many times I have performed this song for it says so much for someone who is struggling to make peace with the Lord, with another person, or themselves. Now the tides have turned and I am dealing with a painful situation with my baby sister over a complete misunderstanding regarding none other than an issue over our father's death. If anyone else knew what it was about, they would say it is petty. All I want is for us to be sisters again. I love you Jill. PRAY

  • FOREVER A BEAUTIFUL SONG!

  • Beautiful! Thank you for your labor of love~ His love abound!

THEREFORE, SINCE we are justified ( acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with God) through faith, let us [grasp the fact that we] have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).Romans 5,1
