  • Employers are liable for the sexual harassment of an emeployee by other employees -- and even NON-EMPLOYEES -- if the employer knew of the harassment and failed to take reasonable steps to end it. See EEOC Reg. 29 CFR 1604.11(e). My lawsuit, "Martin v. Howard University," set precedent on this issue in D.C. fed court. When I was a law professor at Howard U, I was stalked by homeless, delusional, serial campus stalker who pursued me to be his "wife." See U-Tube and links at "dvmartinlaw."
