In an exclusive interview with t5m, Alice Eve tells us how she was very demanding from a young age, and that she pleaded with her parents to let her act. They, however, were adamant that she go to university and complete her degree.

Alice was able to take a gap year in Los Angeles to pursue her dreams at the Beverley Hill Playhouse. Her soul search left her fatter and unexpectedly jobless.

In the end, she decided to go to Oxford University to read English- meeting her parents halfway. Good compromise!
