2) no pasta sauce
3) no Knor...use salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin
4) no sour cream

If you brown the pasta at lower heath you wont have any burnt pasta. And also, what kind of sauce is that? In Mexico we use normal tomato sauce, not spaguetti sauce... from what country is that recipe?

Just remember to stir often just like I did, and its so much easier when the pasta is really broken up to small bits. You want a browned pasta, and a its ok that a few bits become black like I mention.
