This is Rachmaninov's house in Switzerland, not Mikhail Pletnev's. This clip is from the DVD by Tony Palmer 'Rachmaninoff - The Harvest of Sorrow' - it is brilliant.
So is Pletnev's playing. He is seen conducting in another (small) part.

I rarely say things as out-there as this, but I'm honestly thinking that Pletnev may well be the best pianist alive. So good, in fact, that after you hear his recordings, all you can think of is how phenomenal the piece he played is - probably why he's not famous. His playing is so natural that you think he's doing no more than what the composer wrote.
You don't buy his recordings if you're looking for impressive pianists, you buy them for good music. There are few I can say that about.

Pletnev at home in Switzerland. Interesting. I want more!

It would be nice to find it all!

Would you kindly provide where does this video clip from? I know Mikhail has a recording about Rachmaninoff, but this clip seems like from a TV program? (though I don't understand the narrative in this extract)
