Assaulted as a Customer at Lowes Home Improvement Center 11-13-2010

I was assaulted by female in the paint section at Lowes Hardware store # 1522 located in Boone, NC. I observed this female who conveyed ill expressions in the paint department and again at the Customer Service Desk.

After passing this female in a congested isle, I began to experience blurred vision, a runny nose and a nasty headache, all unexplainable. The onset of this situation seems to be a chemical substance sprayed on the nape of my neck, I discovered an oily substance on the nape of my neck and washing off this substance reduced the ill effects.

It is unacceptable to be assaulted by means of a chemical agent every time I enter this store. This has happened the past three times I entered this retail store to purchase needed supplies.

In the past I have contacted Lowes Companies about this problem and reported employee involvement. Lowes Home Improvement Center needs to address this situation and not brush it off like the management has in the past. I have reported this to employees and nothing has been done to prevent this from happening.
